Summary of Responsibilities
The Marketing Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director of Marketing for Griffis / Blessing, and multifamily and commercial properties managed by Griffis / Blessing. This includes marketing materials, signage, websites, internet listing sites, proposals, social media, and marketing plans.
Essential Functions
Audit all websites and internet listings for Griffis / Blessing Corporate and Multifamily communities on a bi-annual basis
Website updates and promotions graphics
Oversee corporate social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn)
Ensure we have headshots of all employees
Post on Social Media and Griffis / Blessing all new hires or promotions
Post on Social Media Griffis / Blessing functions and updates
Create flyers, brochure books, etc. as needed
Manage monthly awards (Core Value and Above and Beyond)
Train site teams on how to use SOCi
Produce monthly SOCi reports and send out to Regional and Property Managers.
Order and create new / updated business cards
Send out Best in Business surveys
Run employee contests for sport ticket give aways (Vibes, Rockies, CC, Switchbacks etc.)
Review social media reviews, ensure properties are responding accordingly
Reply to social media reviews for Griffis Blessing (Google, Facebook etc.)
Create bi-monthly newsletter
Set up Annual, Quarterly, Move-ins, Service Requests, Property Tour surveys and share the results with Regional and Property Managers monthly
Purchase of swag needed for various events and promotions
Social Media Marketing campaigns
Sign design assistance as needed and site map locates
Qualifications
Positive attitude
Self-starter with ability to accomplish tasks with little direct supervision
Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Typing at 55 wpm
Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling skills
Strong public and telephone skills; ability to deal with residents and vendors
Advanced Level Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
Professional appearance and dress required. See employee manual for Dress Code
Drug screen and background check required
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate or Bachelors degree preferred in marketing, graphics, or a field related to the position
Experience working with web-based email marketing systems (e.g., Constant Contact, Mailchimp, and other survey software)
Basic knowledge or experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design)
