Job Title : 1st Shift Quality Control Technician

Job Description

Join our team as a 1st Shift Quality Control Technician, where you will play a crucial role in eliminating in-process scrap and ensuring high-quality work through line inspection during production runs. You'll have the opportunity to educate operators and set-up technicians about basic inspection tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Review data and revisions on job sheets, prints, and variable sheets.
• Compare new and previous 1st Articles to verify data.
• Perform 1st Article Inspections.
• Check 1-3 parts at random machines in manufacturing departments including finish, pin measurement, OD / ID, root size, runout, and length of cut.
• Conduct in-process inspections.
• Work flexibly across multiple departments as needed.
• Assist with blank inspection from internal blanking and blank suppliers as required.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $25.00 / hr.
