Key Responsibilities
Support the deployment of training approaches and plans in collaboration with Training Managers
Plan and organize training activities, schedules, and logistics, ensuring readiness of training materials
Monitor learning requests, assess data, and report on training deliverables and risks
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in training program preparation, development, and administration
Proven experience with Learning Management System (LMS) platforms
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities
Proficiency in data management and advanced Excel functions
Ability to work effectively across multiple international time zones
