Hours are Monday through Thursday, 8-6.

Interested dental assistant candidates should be professional, friendly, responsible, reliable team players with excellent people skills and positive energy.
Requirements: CPR, X-Ray certification, and a Dental Assisting license are required. Responsibilities will include:
- Sterilize and disinfect instruments and equipment.
- Prepare treatment rooms for dental procedures.
- Assisting the doctor with all aspects of four-handed dentistry, including taking X-rays, taking impressions, and performing other various clinical roles.
- Tracking lab cases to ensure they are received in a timely manner.
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Conduct work in compliance with safety, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Compensation:$29 - $35 hourly

- Assist the dentist with all aspects of four-handed dentistry, including taking x-rays, impressions, and digital scans (ITERO).
- Track lab cases diligently to ensure timely receipt and manage patient expectations.
- Conduct all tasks in compliance with safety, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines to uphold our standards.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:- Dental Assisting License, in good standing, in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience in a dental setting, with a focus on assisting in four-handed dentistry.
- Ability to efficiently sterilize and prepare treatment rooms, ensuring readiness for procedures.
- Proven track record of managing lab cases and ensuring timely receipt to meet patient expectations.
- Familiarity with taking X-rays, impressions, and digital scans (ITERO) to support dental procedures.
- Strong multitasking skills are required to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations.
- Commitment to maintaining compliance with safety, HIPAA, and OSHA guidelines.
- Current CPR, X-Ray certification, and a valid MA Dental Assisting license.
