Position Overview

The Estimator for Retail Construction will be responsible for analyzing project plans and specifications to prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for retail construction projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure project costs are aligned with budget expectations and that all regulatory and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project plans and specifications to determine relevant cost estimates.
• Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analysis for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare and submit competitive bids for retail construction projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and constraints.
• Negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Monitor project expenses and assist in budget management throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide support in the preparation of project schedules and timelines.
