JOB SUMMARY

Performs inpatient, outpatient, and community nutrition education activities and performs all nutrition related duties as patient care team member.

• This is a full-time position, primarily performing outpatient MNT . This will include diabetes MNT , weight management, and other MNT as referred by providers. This position will also include remote coverage of the inpatient unit on a rotating weekend basis, every 5th weekend.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Professional & Technical Skills

Basic computer operation skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and dietetics

License(s) or Certification(s)

Current Indiana License as a Dietitian

Other Skills or Requirements

Customer service oriented personality. One year of clinical nutrition experience preferred.

Skilled to Care for Certain Age-Related Patient Groups (incumbents will be skilled in the care of the following patient groups)
