Cardiologist - Advanced Heart Failure

Hoag Health, Orange County's top health system, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiologist specializing in Advanced Heart Failure to join our highly collaborative team of evidence-based practitioners at the Jeffrey M. Carlton Heart & Vascular Institute . • Perform ambulatory and inpatient cardiology consultations.
• Deliver advanced noninvasive imaging : echo, TEE, cardiac CT / MRI, nuclear stress testing, rhythm monitoring.
• Provide full-spectrum coronary interventional care, including CHIP and CTO procedures.
• Execute structural heart interventions (TAVR, TMVR, LAA closures)
• Offer electrophysiology services including ablations and device implantations.
• Manage complex heart failure cases with ECMO and percutaneous LVAD therapies.
• Treat adult congenital heart conditions (ASD, PFO, VSD closures)
• Promote preventive cardiovascular care through lifestyle counseling and risk factor management.
