MISSION

Establish, monitor, and maintain the process parameters, design and process development, continuous improvement, machine trouble shooting and maintenance, robot programming, lean manufacturing techniques, tooling set-up and design, training, and special projects.

Responsibilities & Activities

Responsibility 1 :

• Establish, monitor and maintain the process parameters ensuring production standards, quality standards, and customer requirements are met for Co-extrusion Blow Molding Machines
• Coordinate all process development activities at the plant level. This includes design, prototyping, scheduling, APQP process, and reporting
• Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities
• Coordinate troubleshooting and repair of equipment
• Basic robot programming
• Coordinate and complete tooling changes and machine set-up
• Assist in the training of facility personnel
• Communicate equipment information, improvements, changes, and corrective actions
• Actively participate in machine design and layout of facility
• Communicate with vendors regarding equipment support
• Maintain working relationship with internal and external customers
• Provide support to other positions as needed
• Responsible for adhering to all principles of the quality, safety, and environmental systems implemented in this facility
• Able to use PFMEA tool to assess and mitigate potential failures in manufacturing processes
• KPIs : resin waste improvement (kg / tank), scrap performance to budget, process setup instructions & training, establishment of process tolerance in accordance with company CRITIPAR guidelines.
