About the Role

The Academic Program Manager I plays a key role in driving student success and supporting the operational excellence of our academic programs. This position coordinates and monitors program activities, serves as a liaison across university departments and external partners, and ensures an exceptional experience for students and faculty alike.

You’ll plan and manage program operations, assist with accreditation activities, oversee scheduling and adjunct coordination, support faculty, and provide guidance to students from orientation through graduation — all while helping maintain the university’s high academic standards.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate daily operations for assigned academic programs and lead program staff.
  • Collaborate with faculty and administrators to plan and schedule courses.
  • Assist with accreditation, budget reporting, and program evaluation.
  • Support student engagement, retention, and success initiatives.
  • Act as liaison between students, faculty, and other university departments.
  • Plan and execute orientations, workshops, and career-related events.
  • Maintain accurate academic and student records in compliance with university policies.

What You Bring

  • Education : Master’s degree required.
  • Experience : One (1) or more years of experience in academic program management or related student services.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
