Guitar Technician Position
As a skilled Guitar Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining and repairing customer-owned instruments, and assisting with the maintenance of store inventory.
- Customer Service Focus : Understands customer service principles and provides an excellent customer experience.
- Initiative : Identifies opportunities & issues and follows through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them.
- Sales Knowledge : Works through certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.
- Training Expertise : Effectively trains learners and communicates information and techniques so that they are retained.
