Role description :

Arcadis seeks a Project Roadway Design Engineer to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for you to join our team locally with support from one of the best qualified consulting firms in the country. In this position you will utilize your technical knowledge as part of our local project team, developing innovative solutions throughout the national market. This is an excellent opportunity with great potential for growth!

Role accountabilities :

• As a Project Roadway Design Engineer, you will assist in the development and design of infrastructure projects for roadways, including intersections, collector streets, urban arterials, rural and urban expressways, interstates and interstate interchanges.
• You will also have the opportunity to perform different roles on multi-disciplined projects including planning, technical design of minor project, production lead, task leader and assisting Project Manager and lead engineers.
• Work on Project development as an individual or through team efforts to assist in developing project scopes and budgets, interfacing with and maintenance of client needs for the Project Manager, mentoring and development of junior staff and design / drafters, development of project plans and maintaining project schedules and ensuring project compliance with all Arcadis practices including quality and safety standards.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 15 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $107281 - $132761. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
