Front Office Coordinator – Be the Heart of Our Team!

Are you a people-person with a knack for organization and a passion for helping others? We're looking for a Front Office Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves being the go-to person for both clients and colleagues.

What You'll Do :

• Be the friendly voice that professionally handles high-volume incoming calls and directs them with ease.
• Accurately input new accounts into our system – your attention to detail keeps us running smoothly.
• Collect payments from customers across multiple offices with confidence and care.
• Greet clients and visitors with warmth and guide them to the right team member.
• Verify mail and manage miscellaneous office tasks that keep our operations humming.
• Handle faxing, scanning, and copying like a pro.
• Keep our filing and storage systems organized and accessible.
• Retrieve public information when requested – you're our info expert!
• Maintain a clean, welcoming office space that reflects our professionalism.
