The Customer Experience Intern is a critical member of our Supply Chain team! Interns are given real work experiences that will support growth and learning. This internship will start late May 2026 and continue for 10-12 weeks. In this role, the ideal candidate will drive supply chain performance improvements from Dorman through to our customers' customer. Acts as an aliaison between the Customer replenishment organization, Dorman Supply Chain, and Sales to drive improvements in performance as measured by customer requirements.

Primary Duties :

• Supports development and maturation of monthly CPFR process (Collaborative Forecasting, Planning and Replenishment) for assigned customers to deliver exceptional supply chain performance and deliver value
• Learn and contribute to the setup process for new products in customer and Dorman systems to ensure flow of replenishment to drive incremental revenue
• Identify performance improvements through use of data and analytics
• Support and enhance customer relationships
• Identify gaps in service levels to limit potential fine or penalty exposure and initiate solutions
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement across all functions
