Georgia Licensed Title Examiner

A company is looking for a Senior Title Examiner to join their Title Operations team.

Key Responsibilities :

Search and examine public records to determine a property's status of title

Review documents affecting title to property, such as mortgages and deeds

Make insurability decisions and interpret title insurance guidelines

Required Qualifications :

High School Diploma or equivalent

Minimum of 2 years in the title insurance business

Strong understanding of the general title process and related documentation

Experience with County Government websites and title-related software

Good research and investigation skills with knowledge of legal terms
