o Endpoint support (laptops, peripherals, mobile devices)
o Network connectivity & VPN access issues
o Printing and other common office technology support
2. Customer service excellence - ability to deliver white glove, professional service to all employees, including executives.
3. Documentation discipline - skilled at accurate, clear, and complete ticket notation within an ITSM tool (Ivanti preferred but not required)
4. Experience handling a wide range of service desk tickets, with the ability to resolve most without escalation.
5. Strong communication skills - both written and verbal, with the ability to translate technical issues for non-technical users. Proficiency supporting hybrid / remote employees.
