Securities Lender

Wells Fargo is seeking a Securities Lender to join our Securities Lending team within Wealth and Investment Management. In this role, you will :

• Participate in less complex initiatives and identify opportunities for process improvements
• Review and research trading situations, and exercise independent judgment to guide medium risk deliverables
• Assist more experienced traders with complex trade situations
• Interact with more experienced traders and leaders to develop knowledge and understanding of securities lending functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
• Review reports to identify and escalate issues
• Provide support with respect to short sale approvals, secured funding transactions and borrowing securities to facilitate firm deliveries

Pay Range : Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. $68,000.00 - $125,000.00
