Executive Chef – High-End Catering

We are seeking a passionate and creative Executive Chef to lead our culinary operations for a high-end catering company. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, an innovative mindset, and a dedication to excellence that elevates every event we serve.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the commissary
  • Manage labor and food costs effectively to meet financial goals
  • Ensure consistent production of high-quality, beautifully presented food
  • Design and implement innovative, on-trend menus tailored to a luxury clientele
  • Hire, train, and develop commissary staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align culinary offerings with client expectations and event goals

Qualifications :

  • Proven leadership experience in high-end catering or fine dining environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to lead and inspire teams
  • Experience working collaboratively with a sales or event planning team
  • Demonstrated culinary creativity and a keen eye for current food trends and presentation
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety sanitation standards , and HACCP protocols
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment , manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent professional training
