Position Title : Network Systems Admin & Cyber Security Specialist IV

We are seeking a forward-thinking, highly skilled Cyber Network Systems Admin & Cyber Security Specialist IVto lead critical system development efforts at Wright-Patterson AFB. In this advanced role, you will design and evolve complex systems and tools across new and existing programs, applying technical mastery and independent judgment to tackle some of the defense sectors most challenging problems.

Youll work at the intersection of engineering, computer science, and mission strategyguiding system architecture, leading analysis, and driving innovation that moves the mission forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in the design, specification, development, and enhancement of complex systems and technical tools.
• Apply expert knowledge of engineering and programming principles to define, evaluate, and solve highly technical problems.
• Recommend architectures, allocate requirements, and develop detailed system specifications.
• Conduct in-depth mission and functional analyses, cost-benefit studies, system trade-offs, and risk assessments.
• Formulate operational concepts and validate modeling or analytical results through independent studies.
• Guide a team of engineers / scientists and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present professional-grade reports, briefings, proposals, and other documentation for government stakeholders.
