About the Role
The role is a strategic and hands‑on finance leader to build and lead our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Field Finance functions. Reporting directly to the CFO, this role will drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management across the business while building deep partnerships with restaurant operations and cross‑functional leaders. The ideal candidate brings a combination of analytical rigor, operational intuition, and the ability to scale finance processes and talent in a high‑growth, hospitality‑focused environment. The leader is also responsible for improving restaurant margins and partnering closely with the Controller to ensure accurate and timely reporting to make key business decisions.
