Environmental Services Manager

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking candidates for an Environmental Services Manager position at UI Hospital, located in Chicago, IL. The EVS Manager will lead custodial operations and supervise, train, and direct the EVS associates. Reports to and support the EVS Director or Facility Director in achieving objectives and client expectations. 3rd Shift : 11 : 00pm - 7 : 30am

COMPENSATION : The salary rate for this position is $70,000.00 to $75,000.00. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramarks good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

• Ensure safety and sanitation standards in all operations.

Qualifications

Requires at least 3 years of experience in healthcare environmental services

Requires up to 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role preferred

Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent experience

Model key leadership behaviors and ensure the highest levels of safety, quality, and service excellence for employees, clients, and consumers
