Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Customer Success team

Cultivate strategic partnerships with customers and executive stakeholders

Optimize the customer journey to drive adoption and maximize ROI

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a technology or SaaS environment

Demonstrated ownership of customer outcome metrics such as Gross Renewal Rates and Net Dollar Retention

Track record of building and scaling Customer Success teams

Strong understanding of customer success best practices and methodologies

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy
