Job Title : Plant Foreman

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused Plant Foreman to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing / industrial facility. The Plant Foreman will lead a team of production staff, ensure compliance with OSHA standards, and support efficient plant operations. The ideal candidate has 3 5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, proven leadership skills, and a strong commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities :

Supervise and coordinate daily plant operations, ensuring production goals are met.

Enforce OSHA and company safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

Train, mentor, and evaluate plant staff to promote productivity and compliance.

Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance or repairs as needed.

Maintain production records and prepare reports on efficiency, output, and safety compliance.

Collaborate with management to improve operational processes and drive continuous improvement.

Resolve issues related to workflow, quality, and safety in a timely manner.

Lead by example, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and safety awareness.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).

3 5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.

Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, production software a plus).

Physical Requirements :

Ability to stand, walk, and supervise on the production floor for extended periods.

Lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Work in varying industrial conditions (noise, temperature, dust).
