About the Role
The Assistant Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for employees within the organization, collaborating with the Senior Corporate Trainer and managers to identify skill gaps and develop customized training courses to enhance employee performance that align with company goals, often including new hire onboarding, ongoing skill development, and compliance training; key duties include needs assessment, curriculum development, conducting classes, evaluating training effectiveness, and adapting programs based on feedback to ensure continuous learning within the company.
