The Senior Job Captain / Unlicensed Architect will play a crucial role in leading healthcare design projects, ensuring compliance with HCAI and OSHPD regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage healthcare design projects from conceptualization through completion.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure adherence to HCAI and OSHPD standards and guidelines throughout the project lifecycle.
• Utilize Revit and BIM technologies to create and manage project documentation and design models.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to oversee construction progress and quality assurance.
• Mentor junior staff and assist in their professional development.
• Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.
