Division Chief

Responsibilities : To

oversee all clinically-related activities of the Division and

perform OPPE and FPPE for the members of the division.

To oversee all administratively-related

activities of the Division, unless otherwise provided by the

• hospital with emphasis on the Ambulatory Clinic;

To provide ongoing surveillance of the

performance of all individuals in the Division who have been

granted clinical privileges;

To integrate the
