IT Manager - Medical Imaging

A company is looking for an IT Manager - Enterprise Medical Imaging (PACS).

Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of Application Analysts and Imaging Systems professionals supporting enterprise PACS and Epic systems

Develop team goals, provide mentorship, and create a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement

Partner with clinical operations and IT leadership to define imaging strategy, manage projects, and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required (Master's preferred)

5+ years of relevant healthcare IT experience with at least 3 years of proven success leading teams through enterprise, large-scale healthcare technology implementations or optimizations

3 years in a supervisory or management role

Strong project management experience with the ability to manage multiple, complex initiatives simultaneously

Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, imaging systems (PACS, VNA), and Epic integration preferred
