Senior Solutions Architect

A company is looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to help customers optimally leverage their investment in NetSuite products.

Key Responsibilities

Remediate and enhance Customer NetSuite applications through configuration and testing

Ensure customer satisfaction to promote contract renewals and showcase value

Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for service expansions and new projects

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field preferred

At least 8 years of experience in relevant industry business practices or consulting

8+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite required

8+ years of customer-facing functional consulting required

NetSuite ERP Consultant certification is a plus
