BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION

The Insurance Claim Administrator I role is responsible for taking inbound calls and filing claims, as well as handling various administrative duties as required by the daily operation.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES

This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company's policies, procedures and guidelines :

• Process physical damage, credit life, floor plan, and loss of use claims.
• Salvage / Recovery – identify, log, list, and collect on salvage auction items, as assigned.
• Educate customers and dealers on the KTAC claim process.
• Monitor and respond to claims questions / requests sent through the KTAC Admin email.
• Process term policy cancellations as requested and verify proper alternative coverage.
• Process weekly annual policy cancellation refunds.
• Monitor substitution of collateral process associated with total loss claims.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS :
