Our client, a dynamic organization in the technology and innovation sector, is seeking a Application Developer IV to join their team. As a Application Developer IV, you will be part of the software development department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have a proactive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for innovative problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Application Developer IV

Location : Burbank, California (Hybrid 2-3 days a week in office; open to remote if highly qualified)

Pay Range : $109.44

What's the Job?

Design and develop lightweight, end-to-end solutions that demonstrate concepts and workflows rapidly

Translate ambiguous or loosely defined business requirements into technical experiments, proofs of concept, and lean MVPs

Collaborate with business leaders, product teams, and data specialists to understand challenges and craft innovative technology-driven solutions

Break down user stories and technical solutions into small, value-driven slices that deliver meaningful functionality

Maintain and improve prototypes to ensure usability, performance, and reliability for stakeholder validation

What's Needed?

At least 5+ years of experience in full-stack product development within fast-paced, innovation-oriented environments

Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot frameworks

Experience with low-code / no-code platforms such as PowerApps, OutSystems, or Cursor

Strong knowledge of modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js

Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
