Position Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be integral to building, scaling, and optimizing our technology platform. You’ll collaborate closely with our product and data teams, driving technological innovation and ensuring our platform meets the needs of our rapidly growing user base.

Key Responsibilities :

• Microservices & API Design : Architect, design, and implement RESTful and GraphQL services, defining clear API contracts, versioning strategies, and documentation.
• Performance & Scalability : Optimize system performance using profiling, load testing, caching strategies, and autoscaling to meet high availability requirements.
• Infrastructure & Deployment : Manage provisioning and deployment processes using modern tools and best practices to ensure consistent, scalable, and reliable environments.
• Observability & Reliability : Build and maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability.
• Deployment & Automation : Maintain and enhance CI / CD pipelines, integrate error catching and anomaly detection to surface deployment issues in staging and production, and support database schema migrations and performance monitoring as a complementary skill.
• Database & Schema Management : Design and maintain relational and NoSQL database schemas, optimize queries and indexing strategies for performance, ensure backup, recovery, and data integrity processes, and collaborate with data teams on governance and modeling.
• Secure Coding & Access Controls : Enforce secure coding practices, implement permission controls, manage authentication and authorization mechanisms, and adhere to secure development guidelines.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship : Lead architecture and design reviews, conduct thorough code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and champion best practices and coding standards.
• Cross-Functional Communication : Serve as a strong team player partnering closely with product, operations, sales, and executive teams; demonstrate outstanding communication to align stakeholders and deliver impactful solutions.
