    • What You'll Do Be the Solution, Not the Salesperson

    As a Water Treatment Technician, your role is to bring clean, healthy water into customers' homes through trusted service and expert installation. You won't be pressured to sellyour focus is solving water challenges and delivering five-star service.

    Your Role :

  • Test and assess water quality in residential systems
  • Install, service, and maintain water treatment systems
  • Communicate clearly with homeowners, educating them on system options
  • Partner with our sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Operate professionally and safely in every home

    • What We're Looking For

  • Licensed or experienced residential plumber (2+ years preferred)
  • Excellent communicator professional, patient, and clear
  • Technically skilled comfortable with apps, iPads, and digital tools
  • Organized and dependable you take pride in your work
  • Team-oriented believe in collaboration and shared success
  • Physically capable able to lift 80 lbs and handle hands-on work
  • Eager to learn ready to specialize in a growing field
