Receptionist Position
Our client is seeking an outgoing, organized, and reliable receptionist to join our team. As the face of the business, you will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing phone calls, and overseeing daily front desk operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and route incoming phone calls and emails
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
- Maintain front desk organization and common areas
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 12 years of receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and time management skills
