Job Description American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a night shift ICU position in Illinois, requiring a current IL RN license and at least 2 years of recent ICU experience.

Responsibilities Position is in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) setting

Night shift hours are 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM

Every other weekend required, specifically Friday and Saturday nights

13-week assignment duration

Will be part of a young and dynamic ICU team

Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

Must provide explanations and instructions to patients and responsible persons

Expected to use clinical judgment to recognize and report changes in patient conditions

Participation in continuing education is encouraged

Complete and accurate maintenance of medical records is required

Requirements Active Illinois RN license required

Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience

Current BLS / BCLS and ACLS certifications required
