Financial Analyst (780257) - North American Business Unit
Location : Morrisville, NC
Compensation : $40 per hour
Duration : 6-month contract with the possibility of extension and / or direct hire
Mandarin Chinese language skills are required for this position.

In this role, you will be a vital partner to North American business leaders, driving key financial decisions through robust analysis and insight.
The Opportunity

We need your expertise to help our client navigate the complexities of the North American market. This is a 6-month contract position, giving you the chance to prove your value and potentially transition into a long-term role. You will be at the forefront of financial operations, providing the critical analysis that shapes our future. This role is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Forecasting : Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting for our North American business. Provide management with accurate, data-driven reports based on market trends, sales data, and operational costs.
Insightful Financial Analysis : Conduct deep-dive analysis on core financial indicators, including revenue, cost, and profit. Identify growth opportunities and risks, delivering targeted reports with optimization recommendations.
Budgetary Oversight : Coordinate the annual budget preparation process for North American business units, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic goals. Track budget execution and provide regular variance analysis.
Precise Financial Reporting : Prepare comprehensive financial statements and special analysis reports in strict accordance with North American Accounting Standards (US GAAP) to meet internal management and external audit requirements.
Business Partnership : Serve as a key financial advisor to North American sales and operations teams. Provide financial data analysis for project feasibility assessments and contract reviews.
Continuous Improvement : Identify and drive improvements in our financial analysis processes to boost efficiency and data quality.
Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as CPA, CMA, or CFA are highly preferred.
Experience : 3–5 years of relevant financial analysis experience. Prior experience with a multinational enterprise or in the North American market is a significant plus. Familiarity with North American Accounting Standards (US GAAP) and / or IFRS is essential.
Technical Skills : Advanced proficiency in Excel, including PivotTables and financial modeling. Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI is strongly preferred.
Language Skills : Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English , with outstanding written and oral communication abilities. Must be able to effectively collaborate with our diverse, international business teams.

Pay Details : $40.00 per hour
