Job descriptionCivil Professional Engineer (PE) license in any state Bridge Inspection Team Leader Certification in any state Indiana preferred. 100% onsite in-office work No sponsorships or visa holders. Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Bridge Inspection Engineer :
#1. Bridge inspection experience (3 years)
#2. Qualified Team Leader certification (FHWA NHI 12-049)
#3. Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification
#4. Strong technical writing and communication skills
#5. Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and meet clients
Requirements of the Bridge Inspection Engineer :
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree
- Engineer-In-Training (EIT)
- Capable of meeting with clients in person
- Strong technical writing and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong time management skills
- A valid driver s license is required
- 3 or more years of experience in bridge inspection
- Qualified Team Leader Bridge Inspector s Reference Manual (FHWA NHI 12-049) Section 1.2.3
