A company is looking for an Operations Support Coordinator (PLADS).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate departmental and case records; support team-specific functions
Review files for accuracy, initiate follow-ups for outstanding documentation, and forward completed files for processing
Perform general clerical tasks, compile data, and provide administrative support to the assigned team / department
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ years of administrative or operations support experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal systems
Experience in a healthcare, insurance, or claims processing environment preferred
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and resolve routine issues under general supervision
