Physical Therapist (PT)

Life Care Center of Puyallup makes patient and resident care its top priority. Focusing on inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation with 24-hour skilled nursing care, our in-house teams of therapists and nurses use state-of-the-art equipment and therapies to meet the needs of each resident. We are currently seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our team.

Position Summary

The PT - Physical Therapist provides direct rehab care in physical therapy to patients upon physician referral in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards.
