Position Summary

Housekeepers are essential to maintaining the cleanliness and overall presentation of the resort. This position is responsible for ensuring all areas of the resort are clean, well-stocked, and inviting. Housekeepers play a vital role in creating a safe, welcoming, and restorative environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize locker rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices, and other designated spaces.
• Maintain cleanliness of saunas, poolside areas, cabanas, and changing facilities throughout the day.
• Replenish toiletries, and other supplies as needed.
• Empty trash in all areas of the property.
• Monitor and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Operations Manager on duty.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and tasks set by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and in accordance with training and safety guidelines.
• Ensure a high standard of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the property.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support seamless operations.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
