If this sounds like you, apply today to join our team!Job Responsibilities : Plans and directs an expanding and flexible program of aquatics for all groups and ages; and assists in coordinating regularly scheduled eventsRecommends the purchase of proper supplies and equipment for program operation; maintains inventory of materials, equipment, and suppliesInspects equipment and facilities for security and safetyInterviews, selects, and schedules employees for planned events and activitiesProvides training, guidance, and direction to employees and plans and implements recognitionSupervises, directs, and evaluates assigned staff, processing employee concerns and problemsPrepares and / or directs the preparation of special reports, such as, activity analyses, brochures, etcSupervises the daily activities of the facilitiesRequired to operate pool equipment; tests chemicals for water quality; assure all water safety methods are strictly adhered toDeals with customer and citizen complaints concerning the employees or facilityMay be required to complete incident / accident reportsCompletes and maintains staff schedulesRequirements : 4-5 years of employee management experienceCPR / First Aid Certified, preferredMust have 8-10 years experience in an aquatics related fieldPassionate about swimmingCustomer service orientedMust be organized, professional and a team playerThis position requires evening and weekend work as well as regional travel to pool locations Salary : $60,000 - $65,000 annual payFull Time Position with full benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k + matching, Disability)Job Type : Full-timeBenefits : 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceEmployee discountHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceWork Location : In person
