Radiology Manager (MRI) - Full-Time - Days - NYP / CNYPAI

In this crucial leadership role, you'll guide a high-profile imaging team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional outpatient MRI services. At Columbia / NewYork-Presbyterian Advanced Imaging (CNYPAI), we combine academic excellence with clinical innovation to elevate the patient experience.

This is a patient-facing leadership role-you'll not only oversee daily operations and manage a dedicated team, but also work directly with patients to resolve concerns, ensure smooth patient flow, and uphold our commitment to compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the MRI team, ensuring efficient and high-quality diagnostic services.
• Manage staff schedules, inventory, and workflow to support optimal patient care.
• Serve as a point of contact for patients, addressing concerns and enhancing their experience.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support research initiatives.
• Take on special projects as assigned, contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.

This opportunity will allow you to utilize your strong radiology experience and supervisory skills to coordinate care with a multi-disciplinary team and impact research in an Academic Medical Center.

Salary Range :

$121,500-$182,000 / Annual
