Warehouse Load Coordinator

As a member of the Martin's Family, the Warehouse Load Coordinators organizes and maintains the daily operation of a company warehouse. All work effects and communications are coordinated with and under the direction of the Warehouse Manager or Sales Supervisor.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities : include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Advise company Route Sales employees and external Independent Distributors, as needed, on work matters in an effort to keep communication lines open within the distribution network. Assist area Warehouse Manager or Sales Supervisor, as needed, at store resets, store checks, Grand and Grand re-openings. Additional duties may be assigned as needed. Adheres to safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices regulations.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Education and / or Experience :
Language Skills : Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills : Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability : Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
