We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Competitive Intelligence Specialist to join our Commercial Sales Enablement organization. This role will be instrumental in designing and scaling our competitive intelligence (CI) capabilities, enabling Field leaders and colleagues to leverage technology-driven insights for sales and renewal success. The ideal candidate will be a proactive collaborator, a savvy technologist, and an enthusiastic AI adopter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The output from this role will directly support strategic planning and decision-making by continuously improving intelligence workflows and uncovering actionable insights that drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities include :

  • Design and implement CI frameworks.
  • Promote CI technology adoption.
  • Monitor market dynamics.
  • Conduct in-depth research.
  • Analyze and present insights.
  • Collaborate across teams.
  • Provide recommendations on sales training, tools, and resources.
  • Manage vendor relationships.
  • Provide timely intelligence updates.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc research requests.
  • Work in agile environments.
  • Analyze financial performance.

Required qualifications include :

  • 7+ years of experience in competitive intelligence, market research, strategy, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Curiosity-driven mindset with a passion for uncovering insights.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships.
  • Preferred qualifications include :

  • Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency in AI tools and a strong interest in emerging technologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM or CRAYON CI Platform.
  • Applied emerging technologies to streamline Field engagement and decision-making.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Competitive Intelligence, Market Research, or Strategic Planning are a plus.
  • Pay Range : The typical pay range for this role is : $67,900.00 - $182,549.00.
