About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Product to lead the Instructing and Planning product pillars. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the success of a diverse set of products that have a significant impact on educators, learners, and administrators. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and communicating a clear product strategy, balancing long-term innovation with near-term delivery, and ensuring that the product vision is aligned with the company's mission and business goals. Key responsibilities include leading a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation, and overseeing the entire product lifecycle from discovery to launch and continuous improvement. The VP of Product will also be expected to engage in cross-functional collaboration, represent the product pillars to executive leadership, and champion customer needs across the product portfolio. Applicants for the VP of Product role at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' of senior product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business and customer outcomes. Essential criteria include a data-driven decision-making mindset, experience in driving the transformation of legacy products, and strong strategic thinking with the ability to operationalize vision into execution. Familiarity with the application of artificial intelligence in product development is also a key requirement. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech, SaaS, content, or assistive technology industries, and a background in high-growth or PE-backed environments. Desirable skills include external representation experience and a strong network of industry relationships.
