Job Description :
Arrow, a leading Microsoft Indirect Provider, is expanding rapidly in the Microsoft Cloud business and seeking an enthusiastic Azure Product Manager. This key role will drive our efforts across Microsoft CSP and SPLA programs, providing expert guidance and support to both internal teams and external vendors. Collaborate with our global team to develop and implement innovative Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, contributing to new programs and initiatives designed to enhance our market presence.
Your Responsibilities :
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers at Microsoft to boost sales and market share through focused programs and effective marketing communications.
- Act as a key liaison between field teams and corporate offices, resolving product-related inquiries and supply chain matters.
- Stay informed about the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends to better serve our clients.
- Team up with global counterparts to define and refine the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for Microsoft initiatives.
- Contribute to the design and rollout of innovative programs that enhance our Microsoft Cloud offerings.
- Engage in ongoing learning to stay current with advancements in the industry and technology.
- Lead examinations of internal processes related to Microsoft programs to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement changes that optimize business operations and drive performance improvements.
- Work with various stakeholders across Arrow to ensure cohesive strategies and execution plans.
- Build collaborative relationships with internal teams and vendors to ensure project success.
- Aid in designing and executing Go-To-Market activities in partnership with Microsoft teams.
- Be instrumental in executing strategic initiatives effectively.
- Manage the delivery of the Microsoft SPLA program, overseeing contract management and support escalation.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor-related inquiries and support issues.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, complemented by a four-year degree or equivalent.Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.AZ900 certification is required; SC900 and MS900 certifications are preferred.Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft CSP and SPLA programs.Strong understanding of Azure and the broader cloud market.Proven problem-solving skills, with an ability to approach challenges from fresh perspectives.Excellent communication and interpersonal collaboration abilities.Track record of driving process improvements and enhancing efficiencies.Work Arrangement :
This position is fully remote; occasional travel to an Arrow office may be required by leadership.
