An industry leading IT / Telecom Managed Services company is seeking to hire an experienced Dispatch Coordinator in Atlanta, GA. Hiring client has a successful track record of sustained YOY growth, a progressive and collaborative work culture and opportunity for advancement!

Ideal candidate would have 3+ years of experience in dispatch or coordination of service and installation of IT / Telecom, Low-Voltage or related technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create job work orders
• Document and communicate scope of work for service and installation
• Communicate and coordinate schedule with clients, contractors and third party stakeholders
• Coordinate and schedule internal technicians and third party subcontractors
• Work with project management and technical support teams for successful outcomes
• Provide subcontractors with quality of work feedback
• Close jobs and invoice customers
• Follow-up on vendor payment inquiries
• Highly skilled in time management
• Proficient in detail-oriented communication
• Professional customer service skills
• Experience in ConnectWise platform a plus
