As part of a larger company focused on veteran services, they offer structured evaluation programs designed to support veterans through compensation and pension examinations across the country.

Job Details :
- Perform Compensation & Pension exams and Separation Health Assessments for veterans
- Work from your own office location - must have private office space
- Positions available in Uvalde and Ft. Davis, TX (1 day per week needed for each location)
- PRN basis with ongoing needs
- Flexible schedule with options to work half days (4-hours) or full days (8-hours)
- Non-treatment examinations that are primarily interview-based with some physical assessment
- Conduct range of motion testing and muscle strength testing
- No prescribing or treatment responsibilities
- Quick credentialing and onboarding process
- Acceptable specialties include : family medicine, internal medicine, orthopedic surgery, or general medicine background
- Must be proficient in METs testing, evaluating and diagnosing respiratory and cardiovascular conditions
- Requires own laptop (no Mac / Apple products)
- Must have active and unrestricted full Texas medical license
- Willingness to complete DMA training to become DMA certified
- Administrative follow-up work required (addendums, medical opinions, reading diagnostics)
- Not eligible : active military duty, reserves, or active VA employment
- One-time bonus of $650 for completing all required training and performing first exams
Compensation :
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
