Schedule : 10am - 7pm Monday - Friday, Rotating Weekends (12 hrs. 6am - 6pm)

Wage Premiums : 10% from 1pm - 9pm, 15% from 9pm - 5am

Retention Bonus : $6,000 Bonus (paid throughout first year of employment)

Pay Range : $28.08 / hr. - $36.26 / hr. (does not include premiums)

Job Summary :

This position is responsible for working closely with management, maintenance, and production staff to keep production equipment and plant facilities in a safe and efficient working manner. This position is responsible to complete all assigned preventative maintenance (PM) duties including schedule tasks as described in the Master Sanitation Program. This position requires that you are available for emergency call ins per schedule. Weekend hours are often worked as well as the occasional holiday. Must be able to work on own with little or no supervision and be self-motivated.

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform all schedule PM's as assigned including Master Sanitation Program tasks.
• Perform all necessary emergency and scheduled repairs on machines.
• Maintain accurate and neat record keeping as it pertains to PM's and Master Sanitation Program.
• Work closely with management and factory personnel to effectively schedule, source parts / supplies for and make repairs to equipment.

Required Skills / Abilities :

Education and Experience :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
