What You’ll Do Lead & Execute Installs : Oversee and perform installation of residential HVAC systems, replacements, and new construction projects. Mentor the Team : Set daily expectations, coach junior installers, and ensure the crew delivers quality workmanship. Plan & Problem-Solve : Read blueprints, organize materials, and troubleshoot on-site issues to keep projects on schedule. Focus on Quality : Ensure installs meet building codes, safety standards, and deliver clean, professional results. Communicate Clearly : Maintain accurate records and communicate with customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction. Requirements : 5+ years of HVAC installation experience EPA Certification required Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycle, and installation best practices Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot issues on-site Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Preferred : Experience leading installation teams Journeyman license or on path toward it NATE or equivalent HVAC certifications Sheet metal fabrication experience with a focus on both airflow performance and aesthetics Willingness to occasionally support Service and Maintenance teams Physical Requirements Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools as needed Comfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and in varying weather conditions Join Us Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Vision insurance EPA Certification (Required) Lincoln, NE 68504 (Required) Lincoln, NE 68504 : Relocate before starting work (Required)

We’re expanding our installation department and looking for skilled, leadership-minded Lead Installers who want to help build and mentor the next generation of HVAC talent.
