A company is looking for a Junior Sales Rep to manage customer inquiries and support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Engage inbound leads, assess fit, and route to the closing team
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure qualified prospects are handed off effectively
Build rapport with prospects to facilitate the next steps in the sales process
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in customer service, sales support, or appointment scheduling
Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to lead management
Comfortable using CRM software and communication tools
A strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
