Core Responsibilities :
Coordinate daily office workflow and operationsMaintain and organize client documentation, including scanning and filingCommunicate with clients regarding document requests and submissionsManage office supplies and vendor relationshipsProvide general administrative support to the teamTarget Qualifications :
High School diploma or equivalent; additional education preferredPrior experience in office management or accountingStrong proficiency in Microsoft ExcelExcellent organizational and communication skillsExperience in a CPA or public accounting environment is a plusFamiliarity with tax processes (1099s, W-2s, S-CORPs) is a bonus#LI-AE6
